Silver Lining Solutions was founded in 1999 by Fiona Hudson-Kelly and Dan Aucott, and started life as a training
company delivering IT training courses to companies based in the UK.
Delegates attending the courses had a wide range of skills and experience in the subjects they were taught;
therefore the company developed a web based assessment solution to help stream the delegates into different
training classes - and so Skills Manager was born!
Since then the company has developed Skills Manager into one of the world's leading skills management solutions -
used by contact centres, companies and organisations around the world.
